Yes way Rosé!! This refreshing Summer drink will leave you feeling oh so fabulous!
What you'll need:
A bottle of your favourite Rosé (I used XOXO Rosé)
Fresh berries for garnish
For the Raspberry Lemonade Sorbet:
1 lb of frozen raspberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Process the berries in a food processor until no whole fruit remains.
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the water and sugar, stirring frequently until the sugar melts.
Combine the raspberry puree, sugar syrup, lemon juice and salt. Pour the mixture into a large baking aluminium pan and put it in the freezer.
To make one drink, place a small scoop of sorbet into a Rosé flute, top with more Rosé. Garnish with fresh berries. Serve immediately.
