Ok, so I decided to give in to the whipped coffee trend. Am I a little late for the party? Maybe. But it's all because I couldn't stomach even the smell of coffee during the pregnancy. But it's ok, the next day I gave birth, I came back to normal and was loving coffee again! Anyways this coffee trend is definitely worth it and I'm glad I tried it.

Here's what you'll need:

  1. 1 tbsp of instant coffee

  2. 1 tbsp of sugar

  3. 1 tbsp of hot water

  4. ice

  5. Milk (whichever is your favorite, I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

You'll start by mixing instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a bowl, then beat it for 4 minutes until it thickens. Then all you'll have to do is pour the milk and ice into a cup, top it with the whipped coffee and enjoy it!

Every Sunday I'll be posting a new recipe, feel free to DM me if there's a specific one or type you'd like me to post. For full video, click here.

Yes way Rosé!! This refreshing Summer drink will leave you feeling oh so fabulous!

What you'll need:

A bottle of your favourite Rosé (I used XOXO Rosé)

Fresh berries for garnish

For the Raspberry Lemonade Sorbet:

  • 1 lb of frozen raspberries

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Process the berries in a food processor until no whole fruit remains.

  2. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the water and sugar, stirring frequently until the sugar melts.

  3. Combine the raspberry puree, sugar syrup, lemon juice and salt. Pour the mixture into a large baking aluminium pan and put it in the freezer.

Instructions

To make one drink, place a small scoop of sorbet into a Rosé flute, top with more Rosé.  Garnish with fresh berries.  Serve immediately.
